If a defect should occur, send a copy to our Customer Card department along with a photo\/digital image of the defective area. Just like that, your warranty will take effect and a replacement liner or repaired liner will be issued. GLI’s Armor Shield enhancement applies to eligible GLI Splash Series liners, changing the program from 20\/1-year to 25\/3-year coverage. Liner Doctors liners are not eligible for an additional increase. Keep dated invoices for the liner and floor pad, and follow the supplied warranty terms.
