Clear solar blankets allow heat to fully travel through the blanket, while the bubble layer helps reduce heat loss and evaporation. The clear material allows sunlight to enter the pool. Heating and heat retention vary with weather, cover fit and use; performance is not guaranteed to exceed every other cover color.
